Who we are

Kitchen Renovation Dublin is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. Contact: hello@kitchenrenovationdublin.ie.

What we collect

When you send a request: the job you need, your area, when suits you, your name, your phone number, any message you add and, if you give it, your Eircode. If you use the Studio: your first name, mobile, area, the choices you make, what you type to the AI designer, the photo you choose and the designs drawn on it. The photo is made smaller in your browser and sent through our server to Google's Gemini service, which draws the design. We keep the photo and the designs encrypted with your request, so the kitchen company can see what you want, and delete them with it. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to pass your request to one kitchen company that works in your part of Dublin, so they can contact you about a price. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We pass your request to one kitchen company that works in your part of Dublin. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies unless you say yes to them. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached. If we ever add advertising measurement, it will only load after you say yes to it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@kitchenrenovationdublin.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
